Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Please notify of any cancellations or rescheduling requests as early as possible. - Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed lesson time. - Cancellations or changes made between 24 hours and 1 hour before the lesson will be charged 50% of the lesson fee. - Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the lesson, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the lesson fee. Lessons that are not cancelled within the timeframes above cannot be transferred or used at a later date, and the full lesson fee will apply where applicable.
